From fifty year old vines of Poulsard planted in En Curon, the fruit was destemmed by hand and spent two months macerating gently, sans pigeage, before being pressed back to vats for a year of rest. From a warmer vintage, this remains pale, lithe and fragrant, capturing the essence of this most curious of grapes.
