A blend of equal parts of Moscato Giallo and Bianco from young vines planted over volcanic soils in Bettone. The grapes spent a fortnight on the skins and were aged in a combination of old barriques and cuve for a year. Whistle-clean, this is heady with summertime scents of stone fruits and wildflowers, whilst neat tannins and a pleasant bitterness bring refreshment in spades.
