Grenache from twenty year old vines planted over limestone in El Pinell de Brai. The grapes were destemmed and spent just three days on the skins before a brief rest in terracotta amphorae. A vivid shade of red in the glass, this draws you in with that classic Mediterranean hit of sour cherry, earth and brine. A wild, vibrant wine to accompany anything coming off the grill.
