Grenache from twenty year old vines planted over limestone in El Pinell de Brai. The grapes were destemmed and spent just three days on the skins before a brief rest in terracotta amphorae. A vivid shade of red in the glass, this draws you in with that classic Mediterranean hit of red cherry, earth and bitter herbs. A bright, vibrant wine to accompany anything coming off the grill.
