Farm Rosato


This brilliant rosé is made up of all the Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc grown on the farm, along with a little Pinot Noir. The grapes were either pressed directly, or left to infuse in the fermented juice for around a week, before being pressed to ceramic eggs for a year. A gorgeous, deep rosato in the glass, it retains a beautiful freshness and pairs delicate notes of wild strawberries and woody herbs with an amaro-like bitterness that adds plenty of intrigue.
