A blend of old vines of Callet, Manto Negro, Garnatxa Peluda, Fogoneu Mallorquí, Fogoneu Francès and more, from eight small plots in Felanitx and Porreres over the island’s emblematic red clay soils. Each parcel was picked individually and macerated from anywhere between a week and a month, with varying amounts of whole bunches. After pressing, the grapes rested in old casks for a year. A wine with a tremendous sense of place, there is a beautiful brightness to the fruit, which is seasoned with earth, herbs and spice.
