Feel Good Qvevris


From fifty year old vines of Savagnin planted over Jurassic marls near Rotalier. This was pressed directly into Georgian qvevri for fermentation and ten months of élevage. The vessel has produced a more loose-knit and aromatic expression of the grape, with a little spice and bite.
