Sauvignon Blanc from a small parcel of thirty year old vines planted over a particularly steep slope of quartz and slate. The grapes were pressed slowly to old barrels for a year of rest, rendering a pure, delicate and nuanced expression of the grape that pairs gentle scents of flowers and stones to beautiful effect.
