Trebbiano from old vines planted over the limestone of the Murge Plateau. The grapes were pressed directly to a mix of vats and sandstone amphorae, before being bottled the following spring. A pale shade of gold in the glass, this is whistle clean and wonderfully savoury, with southern notes of citrus, salt and almond.
