A blend of two thirds Moscato and one third Chardonnay from twenty year old vines planted over volcanic soils in the Colli Euganei.The former was pressed directly, whilst the latter was destemmed and fermented on the skins for a month, before being pressed to vats for a year of rest. A brilliant shade of gold, this joyful little wine offers delicate notes of citrus and wild flowers, a hint of tannin and no shortage of refreshment.
