Mostly Grolleau Gris, which was infused as whole bunches in the juice of Adrien’s Chenin and Sauvignon Blanc. The wine was pressed to cuve for a short rest before being bottled young and brimming with energy. A gorgeous, hazy shade of sunset in the glass, its playful notes of guava, grapefruit, sea salt and spice dance across the palate, making for an invigorating wine of real intrigue.
