Palomino from old vines in Fernando’s favourite parcel, pressed directly to a single fifty year old sherry bota for a year of rest. A brilliant shade of gold in the glass, this displays great length and an incredible density of fruit that is gently seasoned with a trinity of almond, citrus and sea salt. A highly original and achingly pure expression of the region that carries an incredible sense of place.
