A blend of Poulsard, Trousseau and hybrids from various parcels, the grapes were destemmed by hand, fermented on skins for a fortnight and aged in cuve for one year. Reflecting the vintage this is light, bright and lively, offering a riot of red berries, earth and funk. A pure, uplifting and joyful wine that reminds us why we fell in love with the region in the first place.
