Chardonnay from a younger parcel in Uchizy, pressed directly and aged for a year in large old casks. Hazy, straw yellow in the glass, this is a wine of great tension and rare energy that pairs lemon pith and hazy minerals to beautiful effect. Already invigorating in its youth, it will only continue to blossom in the coming years.
