Auxerrois from thirty five year old vines planted over terraces on sandstone of volcanic origin. Around a third was macerated as whole bunches for a fortnight, whilst the balance was pressed directly to vats for a year of rest. This draws you in with hazy minerals, citrus and spice, whilst the palate is full of energy. An uplifting wine that offers refreshment in spades.
