A blend of Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris and Roussanne from thirty year old vines in the North of the Gard. This spends five days on skins in whole bunches, before being pressed off to large acacia casks to age for a year. This is savoury and spiced, with a little grip and a pleasant, salty finish.
