Pineau d’Aunis from his oldest vineyards, where some of the plants are over one hundred years old, fermented on skins with whole bunches for three weeks an aged in old barrels for a year. As always this is the deepest and darkest of his reds, with complex aromas of minerals and spice. Beautiful now, it will age with aplomb.
