Jasnières, Loire



Pineau d’Aunis from vineyards of between eighty and one hundred years of age. This was fermented on skins with whole bunches for three weeks and aged in old barrels for a year. Reflecting the vintage it is explosive and intense, with complex aromas of berries, earth and spice, firm tannins and a finish that goes on and on. Breathtaking stuff from a producer at the top of their game.
