Chenin Blanc from a remarkable parcel of seventy year old vines planted over quartz and schist that has been in Baptiste’s family for four generations. Fermented as whole bunches for a month before a short rest in cuve, this draws you in with complex aromas of tropical fruit, smoke and brine and displays wonderful density and length on the palate. A captivating and utterly unique expression of this most noble of grapes.
