Pizzicante Rosato


A sparkling rosato of Aleatico, Sangiovese and Merlot. Made using the saignée method and fermented in cuve, the juice was transferred to bottle to finish fermentation and rested on the lees for eighteen months before disgorgement. The result is a lively, vinous sparkling wine with gorgeous aromatics and no shortage of energy.
