Saint Lamvinus

This was the brewery’s first collaboration with vignerons and remains one of their most iconic beers. It sees a blend of lambics around eighteen months old infused for two months with Merlot grapes from Bordeaux, which lend colour, depth and tannin. Remarkably vinous, it offers layers of sour red fruits, earth and funk, making for a drink unlike any other.
