A blend of Aspro Potamisi and Rozaki from old bush vines. The two varieties are crushed by foot, pressed directly and fermented separately before being assembled and aged for two years in vats. Named after the tiny chapel which sits at the entrance to the vineyards, this is compact, elegant and intensely mineral, with layers of citrus, sea salt and spice making for a remarkably complex, savoury wine.
