Savagnin from a tiny plot of vines up to sixty years old in Chamoz planted over Kimmeridgian limestone. The grapes were pressed directly, before spending two years resting in old barriques. A wine of great structure and real purity, it combines delicate notes of citrus, stones, earth and spice to dizzying effect. Delicious now, this will age wonderfully over the coming years.
