Chardonnay from a steep, south-facing parcel of seventy year old vines planted within the parcel Au Cul du Brey in Mesnay. The grapes were pressed directly to large old casks for two years of elévage, rendering a pristine and achingly pure wine that ranks among our favourite expressions of the grape.
