Trousseau from a tiny, 60 year old parcel planted over clay and limestone in the heart of Mesney. The grapes were destemmed and fermented for two months on the skins, before being pressed off to cuve for a year of rest. Reflecting the vintage there is both a darkness to the fruit and wafts of exotic spice, but an incredible lightness of touch on display too. A beautiful expression of this wonderful grape.
