A blend of Poulsard, Pinot, Chardonnay and Savagnin from a small parcel in Pupillin. The grapes were destemmed and fermented on the skins for two months, before being pressed to old barrels for two years of elévage. The result is a wine of kaleidoscopic complexity, oscillating between the flavours and energy of a great white and red, it somehow offers more than the sum of its parts. Absolutely delicious, this is thrillingly unique.
