Ruchè from young vines planted over sand, silt and limestone. The whole bunches fermented for two months before nine months rest. Named after Nadia’s mother, this really impresses with a heady perfume of exotic spice and rose. The palate is plush with black and blue fruits, making it an excellent wine for the first of the season’s barbecues.
