Poulsard from thirty year old vines planted over marl in the Arbois lieu-dit of ‘En Chamblin’. The grapes were destemmed by hand and macerated gently for three weeks, before being pressed off to vats for a year of rest. Reflecting the warmth of the year that was, this pours a deep brick-red in the glass, with gentle tannins framing classic notes of red berries, blood orange, earth and funk.
