A blend of Trousseau and Poulsard from old vines near Morgane’s cellar in La Chapelle-sur-Furieuse. The grapes were destemmed, fermented together on the skins for a month and then were aged for nine months in old barrels. From a warmer vintager, this incredibly lifted and energetic, with brambly fruit, earth and spice mixing to wonderful effect.
