Nebbiolo from their younger vines, planted over Roero’s softy, sandy soils. This just spent five days on the skins, roughly half as whole bunches, before being pressed off to cuve for a short rest. A gorgeous shade of ruby, it is perfumed with strawberries, minerals and earth and with just a hint of tannin, makes for a light, bright and easygoing take on one of our favourite grapes.
