A blend of Aglianico, Primitivo, Piedirosso and Coda di Volpe from Montemarano that spends just an evening on skins before being pressed off to vat. Bottled in June with the must of Coda di Volpe, a second fermentation takes place in the bottle, producing a gentle, just-sparkling wine of sunset hue that bursts with tart red fruits and blood orange bitters.
