Gamay d’Auvergne from old vineyards planted over clay and basalt in and around Saint-Maurice. The grapes were fermented with whole bunches for ten days and after spending the winter in cuve, the wine was bottled the following summer. Light, bright and achingly pure, this pairs tart red berries with the characteristic notes of smoke and minerals which are the hallmark of the region.
