A maceration of Grenache Noir, Syrah and Mouvèdre from both the Vaucluse and Roussillon, blended with a direct press of Grenache Blanc and Muscat before bottling. The wine began fermentation in vats and finished in the bottle, where it rested for just a few months before disgorgement.
