A blend of two parcels of Procanico, Malvasia and Moscato. This spends ten days on skins, with both fermentation and élevage taking place in cuve. Despite the vintage, judicious early picking has produced a wine of beautiful restraint. At just 11 degrees of alcohol, this is delicate, herbaceous and an absolute joy to drink.
