From a young vineyard planted over tufo just across the Tuscan border in Pitigliano, this is a blend of Procanico, Malvasia, Moscato and many other local varieties. It spent two weeks on skins, with both fermentation and six months of élevage taking place in cuve. This is delicate and fragrant with orange zest and herbs. A refreshing bitterness to the tannins makes for incredibly compelling drinking. Available in both bottle and magnum, a format so suited to a wine as delicious as this.
