A blend of Procanico, Malvasia Toscana, Verdello and Drupeggio from forty five year old vines, which spent three days on skins before a short rest in vat. A brilliant shade of gold, this is wonderfully lifted and energetic, drawing you in with delicate notes of citrus and smoke, whilst the palate offers a pleasant bitterness and just the right amount of grip.
