The third in this series of blends of Procanico, Malvasia Toscana, Verdello and Drupeggio was made just for us, with just three hundred bottles produced. Here, half the fruit was fermented on the skins for three days, whilst the balance was aged for a further three weeks. Despite being the deepest shade of gold, it is the most lively and playful of the three, with inviting aromas of citrus and spice and a gentle spritz that offers refreshment in spades.
