Chardonnay from a tiny plot of vines up to sixty years old in Chamoz planted over Kimmeridgian limestone. The grapes were pressed directly, before spending two years resting in old barriques. A little shy on opening, oxygen reveals a wine that is fine boned, delicate and achingly pure. A great effort from one of the Jura’s most talented young vigneronnes.
