Cabernet Franc from forty five year old vines planted over schist. The grapes were fermented as whole bunches for a fortnight before being pressed to cuve for a short rest. This warmer vintage has produced a beautifully open and expressive wine that pairs brambly fruit with earth, leaves and spice.
