A blend of Chardonnay, Savagnin and Garganega picked at various stages and fermented both on the skins for a fortnight and as a direct press. The result is arguably the greatest wine we’ve tried from this farm. Three years of drought have produced a compact wine with a density and intense, palate-staining minerality that is something rarely found on these shores. A wonderful expression of time and place.
