A maceration of the rare Clairette Rose from a thirty year old parcel grown over sand and gneiss in Vallabrix. This spent eight days on skins, before an eighteen month élevage in a large Slovenian acacia cask from his friend Dario Princic. A compact, elegant and powerful wine that opens up beautifully in a carafe and will reward drinkers for years to come.
