A blend of all juice from all of the grapes from his vineyards, aged for nine months in an old barrique previously used for the élevage of his friend Frederic Cossard’s Puligny-Montrachet. The result is a deep, one-of-a-kind rosé that pairs sun-kissed Southern fruit with curious mineral and structural notes from the vessel. A real trip.
