Rosso Trilli


Mostly Aleatico, along with a handful of local grapes from vineyards in Orasella, in the hills outside Orvieto. This spent ten days on skins before being pressed to vats until the following spring. Bright cherry-red in the glass, it is heady with brambly fruit and wildflowers. Full of effortless charm, this makes so much sense served chilled and drunk with gusto.
