A blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Syrah from thirty five year old vines planted over sand and clay in Vallabrix. Half the Sauvignon is given a direct press, while the remainder macerates in the juice for five days. Just before pressing, a direct press of Syrah is added. The result is a textural, perfumed rosé that screams summer.
