Sauvignon Blanc from a thirty year old parcel planted over sand in Vallabrix. This was given a direct press straight to barrel, where it remained for nine months. A gentle, perfumed wine that draws you in with varietal notes of elderflower and lime before a clean, salty finish. A wine seemingly made for apéro.
